five senses meditation

 

Many of us are spending a lot more time on our screens, both in our work and in our recreational time. Sometimes it can feel good to reconnect with our physical bodies, to clear our minds and come back to the present. This meditation helps do this by connecting with each of our five senses.

Recommended experience: Try this out the end of your workday to help wind down. Or on a Saturday or Sunday morning to help mark the weekend.
