In their words…

"Working with Bernadette has added so much value to my life. In a time of a lot of changes and uncertainty, I’ve made more space for mindfulness and reflection. Most of all, our work together has helped me step into my own voice–in my personal, professional, and creative lives. I am more confident with my professional choices and understanding on how I thrive at work. With the tools we’ve practiced, I’ve ultimately been able to become navigate discomfort with calmness and self-reassurance. I feel that I am quite self-aware, but Bernadette helped uncover my blind spots that I didn't even know existed. I'd recommend Bernadette to anyone carrying big questions who wants to move forward actionably, with confidence. Thank you!” –Saya I., Diversity & Inclusion Manager at DoorDash, Artist, and Writer, SF Bay Area

“I started working with Bernadette when I was at a crossroads in my career, having over a decade of experience in marketing and also exploring my long-time passions for activism and cultural dialogue through the arts. I came to Bernadette with a jumble of ideas about the present and the future. She helped me connect the many moving parts. Through our work together, steps to creating my dream life seemed manageable and doable. Bernadette helped me access my own inner wisdom and inspired a feeling of grounded inspiration. The resources she provided continue to inspire me to this day.” –Kasha F., Marketing Communications Strategist & Cultural Producer, SF Bay Area

“I came to coaching excited about so many different things, but feeling alone and stuck on where to start. Our sessions gave me the space to express myself and clarify what I want. We worked together to narrow down my ideas and take the first step. Since then, I’ve transitioned out of my role, reconnected with my creativity through a documentary filmmaking project I’ve had in mind for awhile, and recently completed yoga teacher training. Working with Bernadette helped me see that I can say my ideas out loud, that it won’t hurt, and in sharing my ideas with someone they start to feel real. Coaching gave me the confidence and inspiration I needed to get started. Now, I’m not afraid of experimenting with new things and letting go! I’m very excited about my next chapter. I have less fear and more confidence as I take each step in front of me. Thank you so much!” –Ollya A., Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Documentary Filmmaker, Brooklyn
