Projection Mapping Installation, August 2016
Projection mapping is the art of projecting light onto non-white or non-flat surfaces.
This installation emerged from a daily drawing project I did while working full-time, and later evolved into my first book, Something More: A Working Professional's Search for Creativity, Purpose, and Peace.
This piece was selected as part of the Gray Area Foundation Cultural Incubator. The piece is based on a quote from Elizabeth Gilbert’s book Big Magic that inspired me as I was starting to make art again:
“Do you have the courage to bring forth this work? The treasures that are hidden inside you are hoping you will say yes.”
